Matthew Cheema, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party," is offering a business opportunity in the financial services industry. The Receiving Party, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," desires to apply for the opportunity.
Matthew Cheema, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party," is offering a business opportunity in the financial services industry. The Receiving Party, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," desires to apply for the opportunity.
The Client shall not record the video interview or transcribe it into text, nor have another party record or transcribe the call. The Client shall not record any live calls without explicit permission from a superior on the financial services team. All information from the training platform is deemed confidential. The Client may not share any messages, links, or other communications publicly. Client and team information acquired during the program must not be shared publicly.
If selected to join the opportunity, the Client agrees to follow the outlined training requirements provided. Processes are laid out with industry compliance, and misuse may result in termination from the Agency used by the Disclosing Party and the team. Legal issues arising from the Client's actions are the responsibility of the individual, not the Disclosing Party or any material affiliated with them.
The client will be taught how to build a successful business in financial services using the same business model and systems applied by the Disclosing Party and his team. The team is a diverse group of individuals across North America whom many come from different business backgrounds. This presents a unique opportunity to network and gain valuable information from different industries. If the client decides to have business discussions or participate in outside business ventures, that is to the discretion of the client and the specific party involved. The Disclosing Party only represents the financial services business opportunity.
The confidentiality period is during the Client's active engagement with the program. A 2-year non-disclosure period starts on the last day of the program.
The Client may share information with direct approval from their superior in the financial services team. Without direct permission, all sharing of information is strictly prohibited. Confidential information should be destroyed after the agreement termination or expiration.
Immediate removal from the team and all communications/access for any breach of the agreement. Legal action for damages plus legal fees.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
The parties agree that the covenants contained in this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Disclosing Party. If any court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be overly broad or unenforceable, the parties agree that the court shall modify the provision to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Earnings and income representations made by Matthew Cheema, *MatthewCheema.com, **Mission 1000*, and their advertisers/sponsors (collectively, “Matthew Cheema Programs") are aspirational statements only of your earnings potential. The success of Matthew Cheema, testimonials, and other examples used are exceptional, non-typical results and are not intended to be and are not a guarantee that you or others will achieve the same results. Individual results will always vary and yours will depend entirely on your individual capacity, work ethic, business skills and experience, level of motivation, the economy, the normal and unforeseen risks of doing business, and other factors. The financial services business opportunity that the Disclosing Party presents is not a business that he owns. He, and the members on his team use a third-party agency called World Financial Group Insurance Agency LLC to register their licenses and build their businesses. The agency has rules and regulations that Matthew, his affiliated team members, and other members of the agency must abide by in order to represent, and the Client will be required to abide by the same regulations if they join the agency. All statements made by Matthew Cheema are solely his personal opinions and are not statements of World Financial Group. Any affiliated costs with licensing and registering with the agency will be paid by the Client to the respective parties directly. The Disclosing Party is not to receive any payment or compensation for these activities.
